摘 要:高素质创新型师资是高校培养创新型人才和推动科技创新和进步的重要保证。目前,师资队伍结构、教育方式、教育观念、国家的投入等因素制约了创新型师资队伍的建设和发展,因此,可通过加大引进和培养力度,增加国家科技经费投入,建立合理的考核制度等对策,促进教师创新的教育观念的形成和教育方式的转变等,形成有利于高素质创新型师资队伍整体水平提高的氛围。An innovative Faculty of high quality is essential to the cultivation of innovative talents and technological innovation and progress. At present, such factors as unreasonable faculty structure, inefficient educational methods, improper educational ideology and insufficient government investment are slowing down the construction and development of an innovative faculty. The solution is to reinforce the faculty recruitment and cultivation, increase government investment in scientific research, establish efficient assessing system, and facilitate the formation of an innovative educational ideology and the change in educational methods, finally forming a positive atmosphere in favor of the integral improvement of an innovative faculty of high quality.
