摘　　要：目的探讨胆道镜在胆道疾病中的临床应用。方法对大坪医院2007年12月至2009年5月术中、术后应用胆道镜完成胆道疾病探查和治疗的369例患者资料进行分析。结果胆道镜在胆道疾病的诊断和胆管结石的治疗方面均取得满意效果。结论行胆道探查手术患者常规术中应用胆道镜检查,提高了疾病诊断率,并能指导手术方式,提高了胆道结石取尽率,避免了患者再次手术的疼痛及减少了患者的治疗费用,提倡胆道手术常规应用胆道镜检查及治疗。Objective To study the clinical application of cholangioscopy in biliary disease. Methods From December 2007 to May 2009, 369 cases of patients for check--up and treatment of biliary disease via cholangioscopy during and after surgical interventions were admitted into our hospital. Results The satisfactory effects have been achieved at the diagnosis of biliary disease and treatment of bile duct stones. Conclusion Application of cholangioscopy used in the surgery of bile duct exploration enhances the diagnosis rate of biliary disease and the extraction rate of bile duct stones via the way of surgery, and also avoids the aches of a second surgery for the patient and cut down the eost of treatment. Therefore, we recommend the exploratory and treatment via eholangioscopy be used in the bile duct surgery.
