摘 要:结合本校硕士研究生免疫学实验课教学现状,从教学内容、教学手段、教学考核等方面探讨免疫学实验课教学改革,通过自主编写具有实际指导意义的研究生用免疫学实验指导教材、删除陈旧的实验内容、增加开展先进新技术的独立实验课、安排学生自学及自讲"免疫学实验技术"、进行系统性科研设计等措施提高免疫学教学质量。Based on the status quo of lab teaching reform in immunology in Fujian Medical University, the paper discusses how to conduct the reform so as to achieve quality improvement in the teaching of immunology. From the perspectives of teaching content, teaching method, and testing system, the authors put forward specific means as follows; compiling graduate-oriented textbooks of profound guiding significance by the teachers themselves for immunological lab teaching, deleting outmoded experimental content, developing an experimental course for exploring advanced immunological technology, requiring students to give presentations for introducing immunology experimental techniques after their previews, and designing scientific research systematically as well.
