摘  要:目的:探讨CT灌注成像技术检测胰腺癌肿瘤血管生成的可能性。方法:对21例胰腺癌患者和11例健康志愿者行CT灌注成像检查,分别测量灌注参数BF和BV,并对21例胰腺癌及胰腺正常组织(癌旁正常组织)进行免疫组织化学SP法(过氧化物酶标记的链霉素卵白素法)染色,显微镜下计数VEGF表达阳性细胞和MVD。结果:胰腺癌组的灌注参数BF、BV低于正常胰腺组,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);胰腺癌组织的MVD、VEGF表达均高于胰腺正常组织,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:CT灌注成像无法真实反映胰腺癌组织的血管生成情况。Objective: To investigate the possibility of CT perfusion imaging applied to evaluate angiogenesis of pancreatic adenocareinoma. Methods: CT perfusion imaging was performed in 21 cases of pancreatic adenocarcinoma and 11 healthy volunteers without pancreatic disease and perfusion parameters including BF and BV were obtained. The 21 cases of pancreatic adenoearcinoma and pancreatic normal tissue(normal tissue around adenocarcinoma) were all stained with streptavidin/peroxidase (SP) method. The VEGF and MVD of each sclice were quantified. Results: The mean CT values of pancreatic adenocarcinomatic perfusion including BF and BV were lower than that of normal pancreatic perfusion, and there was statistical significance (P〈0.01). The expression of MVD and VEGF in pancreatic adenocarcinoma was higher than that in pancreatic normal tissue, and there was statistical significance(P〈0.01), Conclusion: CT perfusion imaging of pancreatic adenocarcinoma could not truly reflect angiogenesis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
