摘　　要：在我国,刑事审判监督具有法理基础和现实必要性,但现阶段的刑事审判监督制度存在诸多问题,针对这些问题,提出完善相关立法、探索新机制、改进考核机制、增强刑事审判监督意识、提高监督水平的四点建议。In our country, criminal trial supervision has its legal principle basis and reality necessity. However, there still exist many problems in the criminal trial supervision system at present. In response to these questions, the article gives four suggestions, including modifying relevant legislation, seeking new mechanisms, improving assessment mechanisms, and enhancing criminal trial supervision awareness as well as its level.
