摘　　要：近年来,大学生的道德修养与法律素养问题日益突出、严重,引起了全社会的关注与忧虑。提升大学生道德修养与法律素养的当务之急是强化道德教育与法制教育,途径有四条:主流传媒、大学课堂、校园环境、第二课堂。In recent years, the problem of the college students＇ moral and law accomplishment is becoming increasingly prominent, and serious, which causes concern and worries of the whole society. The urgent task of improving the students＇moral and legal accomplishment is to strengthen moral education and legal education. There are four ways： the mainstream media, university classroom, campus environment, and the second class.
