摘  要:以桂林电器科学研究所BOPP2500型薄膜生产线为原型,利用MCGS组态软件和PID控制方法设计和仿真了一个双向拉伸薄膜厚度测控系统。仿真结果表明,该测控系统可实时、精确地测量和控制双向拉伸薄膜的厚度,提高薄膜产品的质量,且控制参数调整方便,控制效果、可视性和可维护性好,具有较大的应用价值,对于有效提高国产薄膜成套生产设备的行业竞争力有实际意义。Taking the Guilin Electrical Equipment Research Instituters BOPP2500 film production line as a prototype, a thickness measuring and control system of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film is designed and simulated based on MCGS configuration software as well as PID control method. The simulation results show that the control system can measure and control the thickness of film real-time and accurately to improve its quality. It can adjust the parameters easily, and control effectively,its visibility and maintainability are prime as well. It has a good application value and practical significance to effectively improving the competition of domestic film production facility in complete set.
