摘  要:为提高非牛顿流体黏度的测量精度和效率,设计了基于延迟捕获的切变率测量方法.采用新型预测函数控制算法实现闭环控制,提出基于"时分"D/A输出方法,改进了极低切变率下的黏度测量;采用ADO技术实现测量信息的数据库管理.通过对血液黏度的测量证明,该仪器定量检测准确,系统软硬件结构合理,运行稳定、可靠.In order to improving accuracy and efficiency in viscosity measurement system for non-Newtonian fluid, the function of delay capture has been designed to measure Shear Rate. A new kind of algorithm of Predictive Functional Control has been adopted to implement closed loop control. "Time-sharing" D/A output method has been used for improving viscosity measurement under the very low shear rate condition. The technique of ADO has been used to manage the measurement information database. The measure of blood viscosity demonstrates that the instrument has a higher precision of quantitative test, a rational structure of the software and hardware, and a steady running state of the system.
