摘 要:《君宪救国论》一文集中反映了杨度关于中国立宪的理论构建:以君主立宪的政体来实现富国强国的宏愿;以世袭罔替的君主来消弭军事纷争的危机;以正当诚实的立宪来矫正清末民初的弊端。杨度的立宪观既存在合理性,也具有局限性。一方面,杨度的君宪救国主张带有明显的进步性、特殊的现实性与一定的诚实性;另一方面,杨度的君宪救国主张深受"帝王之学"的影响,未能摆脱功利主义、工具主义与权威主义的纠葛。The work On Saving China via Constitutional Monarchy epitomizes Yang Du's theory construction on constitutionalism of China: realizing the aspiration of making China a strong and prosperous country through constitutional monarchy; eliminating the crisis arising from military fights through descendent monarchs; getting rid of the drawbacks in constitutionalism of late Qing Dynasty and Republic of China through rational and honest constitutionalism. Yang's ideal of constitutionalism has both rationality and limitation. On the one hand, there are obvious progressiveness, special reality and certain honesty in his propositions on saving China via constitutional monarchy. On the other hand, his propositions which were affected deeply by the thought "Assisting Monarchy" were connected to utilitarianism, instrumentalism and authoritarianism.
