摘　　要：为了提高生物化学实验课程的教学效果,该文通过分析课程的教学现状,整合生物化学实验与分子生物学实验于一体,增加自主实验和综合性实验的内容,多媒体动画、启发诱导、学生上讲台和分组讨论等多种教学方式并用,对生物化学实验课程进行一系列的改革尝试。The aim of this paper is to improve the teaching effects of biochemical experiment. According to the analysis of the resent situation of teaching, the authors have performed a tentative reform in incorporating biochemical experiments and molecular biology experiments, using several teaching meth- ods such as multimedia animation, inspiration induction and having students get involved in the lesson and panel discussing. Results have proved that the reform can obviously improve the teaching quality of biochemical experiment.
