摘  要:研究目的:由于国内首次采用跨座式单轨交通,其技术新、难度大、要求高,研究目的是为解决重庆轻轨2号线一期工程谢家湾立交L=40.5m钢轨道梁的设计问题。研究结论:通过对重庆轻轨L=40.5m钢轨道梁研究,得出如下结论:在列车静活载作用下,竖向挠度为0.0447m;最不利工况下,跨中截面顶板最大压应力为145.0MPa、底板最大拉应力为128MPa,支座附近腹板最大剪应力为47.4MPa;两片箱梁横向中心距B=3.7m,B/L〉1/20;活荷载的疲劳应力范围为-70.5~73.7MPa;实桥计算梁体侧向一阶自振频率为4.2012Hz,均满足《单轨规范》规定的性能指标要求。通过设计、施工精确控制,钢轨道梁的线形完全满足单轨车辆运行和旅客舒适性要求。Research purposes: The purpose of this research is to solve the problems related to design of the 40.5 m steel track girder for Xiejiawan Overpass of the first phase project of Line 2 of Chongqing light rail because it is the first application of straddled type monorail in China with new technology, big difficulty and high design requirement. Research conclusions:From the research on 40.5 m steel track girder for Chongqing light rail, it is concluded the vertical deflection is 0. 044 7 m under the static and active live load of train. Under the most unfavorable working condition, the max compressive stress in the top slab of mid- span is 145.0 MPa, the max tensile stress in the bottom slab is 128 MPa and the max shearing stress in the web near the bearing is 47.4 MPa. The lateral center distance between two box girders is 3.7 m, and B/L 〉 1/20. The fatigue stress of active load is from - 70.5 MPa to 73.7 MPa. Through calculation of the real bridge, the natural vibration frequency of the lateral first step of the bridge body is 4. 201 2 Hz and satisfies the index requirement of " Code for Design of Straddle Monorail Transit". Through precise control of the design and construction, the line shape of steel track girder completely meets the requirements of monorail vehicle operation and comfort of passengers.
