摘　　要：伴随着改革开放,西方"性解放"思潮不断侵袭,对我国青少年身心健康发展产生了巨大影响,而我国青少年性教育管理却相对缺失与滞后,因而产生了种种青少年"性"问题。本文分析了我国学校性教育管理现状,并针对存在问题提出相应对策:政府要明确并勇于承担在性教育管理中应尽的责任;树立新形势下适合我国国情的性教育管理观;加强学校性教育管理,有效实施学校性教育。With the reform and opening-up , a trend of thought of West ＂sex liberating＂, has produced enormous effect to the teenagers in our country physically and mentally , but in our country teenagers sex education has developed relatively backward , which has led to a variety of teenagers ＂sex＂ problems as a result. This passage analyses our country school sex education management current situation , and brings forward the corresponding countermeasures, that is , the government needs to make sure that it should bear the responsibility in managing sex education; Setting up the new thought of sex management which is suitbale for the new circumstances; Strengthening school sex education management ;Carrying out school sex education management efficiently.
