摘  要:利用高速闪光摄影技术对高压喷射的燃油雾化状态进行测试,在与试验相同条件下,将喷嘴的流动计算结果作为边界条件进行喷雾的模拟,包括喷嘴质量流量,喷孔位置矢量,以及出口速度、气穴、湍动能等,把喷雾贯穿距的计算值与试验值进行对比,验证和修正喷嘴的CFD模拟计算结果,使模拟计算更加准确。The atomization state of high-pressure injection was taken by high-speed flash photography. Under the condition same to experiments, the fuel flow results in the nozzle were given as a follow-up boundary condition, including the mass flow, nozzle location vector, velocity, cavity and turbulent kinetic energy. By using this study results, the atomization process of high pressure common rail fuel injection are simulated. The calculated spray penetration length was compared to experimental values in order to verify and modify the results of the CFD Calculation of the nozzle internal flow and spray. And it can obtain the more exact results.
