摘　　要：文章主要从企业家能力、治理结构、组织机制、家族行为、经营资源、企业文化等方面考察浙江家族企业可持续成长的影响因素,并运用多重线性回归等方法分析各因素的影响程度。研究结果表明:产权结构、激励机制、家族承诺、家族参与、金融资源等五方面因素对浙江家族企业可持续成长产生显著影响。This Paper tends to study the factors influencing Zhejiang Family Firms sustainable growth from such aspects as entrepreneurship, governing structure, organization mechanism, family factors and corporate resource. A model concerning what influence the sustainable growth of Zhejiang Family Firms is lay out. We use reliability, effectiveness and multi-regression analytical method to measure the influence level of each factor. The result indicates that： governing structure, incentive mechanism, family commitments, family participation, and financial resources affect the sustainable growth of Zhejiang Family Firms significantly.
