摘 要:阐述了伺服阀滑阀叠合量间接、气动综合和液动综合测量法的原理和数学模型,分析了它们的优缺点和应用情况。针对流量系数变化影响液动流量式综合测量法精度的问题,提出了根据阀口流态进行补偿的方法,以提高叠合量的液动测量精度。The measurement of spool valve overlap value of a servo valve is a key processing technique of servo valve manufacturing. This paper introduced the main method of overlap value measurement,including indirect measurement,pneumatic general measurement and hydraulic general measurement. The principles and mathematic models of these methods were presented,and the merits,the demerits,and the application methods were analyzed. For the changing of discharge coefficient may decrease the precision of general hydraulic measurement,a compensation method based on the orifice flow pattern was proposed,which could increase the measurement precision of overlap value.
