摘 要:目的探讨案例教学在护理心理学教学中的教学效果。方法实验组实施案例教学,对照组实施传统讲授式教学,结课后采用调查问卷和统一命题测验两种方法来检测案例教学的效果。结果经χ2检验,实验组与对照组在护理心理学教学效果评价的调查问卷10个项目上的应答结果均存在显著性差异(P<0.001);实验组测验成绩(81.47分)显著高于对照组(76.13分),两组成绩比较,t=12.05,P<0.001。结论护理心理学教学中采用案例教学效果显著,但也存在一定的不足。Objective To study effect of cases teaching in teaching of nursing psychology. Methods Cases teaching was performed in experimental group and traditional teaching was performed in control group.Questionnaire investigation and unified examination were detect applied to the effect of cases teaching. Results In χ2 analysis, there were significant differences in all the response of 10 items of evaluation questionnaire on nursing psychology teaching effect in experimental group and control group(P〈0.001);There were significant differences in examination result between experimental group(81.47) and control group(76.13)(t=12.05,P〈0.001). Conclusion Performing cases teaching in teaching of nursing psychology has significant effect,but it has also some shortage.
