摘　　要：对比国内外回火胎圈钢丝产品质量,分析每个生产环节对产品质量的影响,得出产品质量波动的最主要原因是人为因素或管理不到位。钢丝生产企业实行全面质量管理,领导重视是关键,做好过程控制是根本。利用必要的统计技术SPC管理图和PDCA循环的科学程序,做好质量控制和改进,可以避免不必要的消耗,并能保证产品质量。To compare tempered bead wire product quality between home and abroad. The influence of production each link on product quality was analyzed. The conclusion that main reason of product quality fluctuating was human factors or management not well was drawn. If steel wire production enterprises implemented overall quality management, leader emphasis was crucial, to do process control was the basic. To adopt necessary statistics technology SPC managing diagram and science procedure of PDCA cycle, to do quality control and improvement well can avoid unnecessary consumption and guarantee product quality.
