HSP60 HSP70 HSP90α在结直肠癌癌旁组织的表达及与病理分级的关系

摘　　要：目的研究结直肠癌、癌旁正常组织中HSP60、HSP70、HSP90α蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与病理分级的关系。方法采用免疫组化法测定49例结直肠癌及其癌旁组织HSP60、HSP70、HSP90α的表达情况。结果免疫组化结果表明结直肠癌组织中HSP60、HSP70和HSP90α表达率及过表达率较其癌旁组织中均有明显差异。HSP60、HSP70、HSP90α在结直肠癌高分化腺癌、中分化腺癌、低分化腺癌的表达率和过表达率均无明显差异。结论HSP60、HSP70、HSP90α三种蛋白表达水平在结直肠癌组织均明显高于癌旁组织,但是其与病理分级无相关关系,证明这三种蛋白在结直肠癌的发病机理中具有普遍意义,为进一步探索HSPs在结直肠癌发病中作用及机制提供了依据。Objective In this study we investigated the expression of heat shock proteins（HSP） 60,70 and 90α in colorectal cancer and its adjacent normal tissues,and analyzed their correlations to clinical pathologic significance of colorectal cancer.Methods Colorectal cancer tissues and its adjacent normal tissues 2cm away from the tumor tissues were collected from 49 patients.The protein expression level of HSP60,HSP70 and HSP90α in colorectal cancer and its adjacent normal tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry.Results Our immunohistochemistry results showed that the positive rate and the overexpression rate of HSP60,HSP70 and HSP90α in colorectal cancer were significantly higher than that in adjacent non-tumor tissue.But the positive rate and the over expression rate of HSP60,HSP70 and HSP90α in high,moderate and low differentiated colorectal cancer are not significantly different.Conclusion The expression of HSP60,HSP70 and HSP90α in colorectal cancer were significantly up-reulated in the tumor tissues compared to the adjacent non-tumor tissues.The high expreesion level of these proteins in colorectal cancer tissues implied that they play important a role in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer.Further function study will help to elucidate its mechanism in the carcinogenesis of colorectal cancer in the future.
