不同血糖水平冠心病患者药物洗脱支架置入情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同血糖水平的冠心病患者的药物洗脱支架置入情况。方法将我院2007年12月至2008年12月住院置入药物洗脱支架的患者276例,根据血糖水平分为糖尿病组91例,糖尿病前期组134例,正常血糖组51例,分析其置入药物洗脱支架的大小,长度,多少等,并对其住院期间的临床心血管事件进行分析。结果3组在置入支架直径和长度方面无差异,在置入支架数目方面有差异,糖尿病组2.27±1.48,糖尿病前期组2.00±1.14,血糖正常组1.70±0.86(P<0.01),置入支架后的短期临床事件无差异。结论血糖水平不同影响药物洗脱支架置入的数目,但不影响近期临床预后。Objective To investigate the application of the drug-eluting stents in coronary artery disease in patients with different blood glucose levels.Methods 276 Patients who receive drug-eluting stent implantation in our hospital from December 2007 to December 2008 were divided into three groups according to blood glucose levels respectively.Diabetic group（91）,pre-diabetes group（134）,blood glucose normal group（51）.Analyze the size of drug-eluting stent placement,length,number,etc.,and their clinical cardiovascular events during hospitalization for analysis.Results There were no difference among three groups in the diameter and length of stenting.There were difference among three groups in the number of drug-eluting stent implantation,but no difference in short-term clinical events.The average number of drug-eluting stent implatation was 2.27±1.48 in diabetic patients,2.00±1.14 in pre-diabetes group,1.70±0.86 in blood glucose normal group,P〈0.01.Conclusion Different blood glucose levels affect the number of drug-eluting stent implantation,but it does not affect the short-term clinical prognosis.
