超声引导下射频削融肌璧间子宫肌瘤的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下射频消融肌壁间子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法术前通过超声确诊肌瘤的位置、大小;术中超声引导治疗刀的位置和消融时扩散的范围;术后1、3、6个月超声复查肌瘤的大小及瘤内回声。结果1个月全部随访,肌瘤缩小不明显;术后3个月随访,41例,肌瘤缩小约1/3者35例,1/2者6例;术后6个月随访38例,肌瘤缩小2/3者8例,1/2者8例,1/3者18例。结论超声引导下射频治疗肌壁间子宫肌瘤有很好的效果。Objective To evaluate ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation of uterine fibroids intramural clinical effect.Methods Preoperative diagnosis by ultrasound fibroid location, size; intraoperative ultrasound-guided ablation therapy when the knife position and the spread of range; after 1 month,3 months,6 months, review leiomyoma ultrasound size and tumor in echoes.Results 1 month all the follow-up, fibroids shrink obvious; after 3 months follow-up,41 cases,fibroids reduced by about 1/3of those 35 cases,1/ 2,6 cases;after 6-month follow-up of 38 cases,fibroids shrink 2/3in 8cases,1/2in 8 cases,1/3in 18cases.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation of uterine intramural fibroids have a good effect.
