实习护生医疗锐器伤的原因及防护对策

摘　　要：目的通过分析实习护生发生医疗锐器伤的原因,采取相应的防护措施,从而减少实习护生医疗锐器伤的发生。方法采用问卷调查表对125名实习护生进行回顾性调查。结果125名实习护生绝大多数都发生过医疗锐器伤,他们所读到学校均未开设职业防护教育课程,实习期间也没接受过系统规范的防护指导。结论通过加强职业安全教育,加强锐器伤的监控管理,规范操作行为,可有效地防止医疗锐器伤的发生。Objective By analyzing the nursing students of medical devices cause of the damage and take appropriate protective measures,thus reducing the nursing students of medical sharps injuries from occurring.Methods A questionnaire to the 125 nursing students were investigated retrospectively.Results 125 nursing students have occurred in the vast majority of medical sharps injuries,they were not read to open a vocational school education,prevention programs,internship period had not received protection guidance system specifications.Conclusion By strengthening occupational safety and education, strengthen the monitoring and management of sharp injuries and standardizing operations, behavior, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of medical sharps injuries.
