眼球内松毛虫虫毛伤17例的治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨眼球内松毛虫虫毛的取出方法和治疗效果。方法选择有反复发作的葡萄膜炎进行性视力下降病史的患者,通过裂隙灯显微镜、三面镜及眼B超检查,发现眼球内(前房、晶状体、玻璃体)有明确的松毛虫虫毛患者17例(17眼),通过手术方法取出虫毛,全身和局部应用激素和抗生素治疗。结果15例虫毛取出后,炎症消退,晶状体透明,视力稳定;1例行白内障摘出、人工晶状体植入术后视力恢复至1.0,葡萄膜炎控制;1例玻璃体虫毛取出后,视网膜脱离,因经济原因放弃治疗。所有患眼均未见明显术后并发症。结论手术取出眼球内虫毛疗效好,并发症少,是眼球内虫毛伤治疗的关键。Objective To explore the removal method and therapeutic efficacy of ocular injury by hair of dendrolimus.Methods Patients with recurrent attacks of uveitis and regressive low vision were chosen,examined under slit lamp microscope and three-mirror contact lens,and taken type-B ultrasonic examination.Seventeen patients（17 eyes）were found with obvious hair of dendrolimus in eyeball（anterior chamber,lens,vitreous）.Hairs of dendrolimus were removed with surgery,and all patients were treated with systemic and local application of hormone and antibiotics. Results After removed hair of dendrolimus, 15 eyes were with inflammatory resolution, stabilized or increased visual acuity;Visual acuity of 1 eye recovered after cataract removal and intraocular lens implantation;One eye was with retinal detachment and gave up treatment for economic conditions. No obvious postoperative complication was found in all eyes. Conclusions The key for ocular injury by hair of dendrolimus is to remove the hair of dendrolimus from eyeball with surgery, and few complications are found.
