摘 要:先用超声波无损检测、再用抗折试验和单轴无侧限抗压试验相结合的有损检测法,分别表征不同龄期的PS—F系列灌浆材料在逐步失水条件下的强度特征。随着充填于PS—F系列灌浆材料孔隙中液态水不断散失,固态骨粒间的PS无机胶粘剂的强度逐渐增长,因此,浆液结石体的超声波速值出现有规律的起伏,给出不同龄期的PS—F系列灌浆材料在初期强度小范围波动的条件下超声波速与失水率之间的关系,在失水率基本相同的条件下超声波速与强度之间的关系。另一方面,通过回归拟合的数学方法,试图建立不同龄期PS—F系列灌浆材料的抗折强度和单轴无侧限抗压强度之间的函数关系。Ultrasonic nondestructive test,flexural strength test and uniaxial compressive strength test were sequently used to characterize the strength properties of grouting materials of PS-F series under the condition of gradual volatilization of water at different ages.As the liquid water that had filled the pores of grouting materials of PS-F series volatilized,the strength of PS as a kind of inorganic binder among solid particles developed gradually at the same time,so that the ultrasonic speed in congealed grouts varied in regulation.The relationship between ultrasonic speed and percentage of water volatilization was established when variation of the initial strength of the grouting materials of PS-F series was limited in a small range.Also the relationship between ultrasonic speed and uniaxial compressive strength was established under the same percentages of water volatilization.Moreover,an attempt of discovering the functional relation between flexural strength and uniaxial compressive strength of grouting materials of PS-F series was made by the mathematical means of regression and fit.
