摘　　要：目的探讨Rasmussen脑炎临床特点以及外科治疗。方法回顾性分析2006年10月～2008年11月期间我科收治的5例行半球切除治疗的Rasmussen脑炎病例。结果5例均行半球切除术,3例左侧,2例右侧。无手术死亡率及严重并发症,术后病理诊断符合Rasmussen脑炎改变,随访6个月到24个月,所有病人发作均消失。结论Rasmussen脑炎是一种进展性脑炎伴偏瘫及顽固性癫痫疾病,尽早行半球切除是治疗这种疾病的惟一可行的办法。Objective To explore Rasmussen＇s syndrome in pathology,mechanism, clinical manifestation,diagnosis and therapy and to research therapeutic effectiveness of hemispherectomy on Rasmussen＇s encephalitis patients. Methods Retrospectively analyse 5 cases with Rasmussen＇s encephalitis who receive hemispherectomy in our ward betweet 2006. 1042008, 11, Results All the children were confirmed hemispherectomy, 3 in left cerebral hemisphere, 2 in right cerebral hemisphere. There were no severe complication mortality . Patients were been followed up ranged from 6months to 24 months. All the children were free from seizure. Conclusion Rasmussen＇s encephalitis should be diagnosed and treated by surgical management as early as possible , hemispherectomy is most effective treatment for these patients.
