摘  要:2008年以来的全球金融危机所引发的经济形势变化,使浙江省中小企业陷入到了前所未有的困境。同时相关经济、社会数据也显示了政府在这场危机下所面临的重大挑战。文章从一个新的视角提出,要走出困境,迎接挑战,应建立企业和政府双主体的互动关系,以实现各自利益的最大化。文章还分析了此互动机制下的传播模式和公关策略。The change of the economic situation triggered by the global financial crisis since 2008 has let small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province get into unprecedented trouble. At the same time, relevant economic and social data also show that the government also faces a big challenge in the crisis. The article proposes from a new angle of view that to overcome difficulties and meet the challenges, businesses and the government should establish the relationship between the two bodies so as to achieve the maximization of their interests. It also analyzes the mechanism of this interaction model and the dissemination of public relations strategies.
