摘　　要：本文介绍了目前国内外监控系统软件中存在的若干问题与不足，系统地提出了改进意见和建议。并结合监控软件应用开发实践，给出了相应的软件实现方法及程序设计框图。This paper discusses about some problems and lacks in real-time monitoring and controlling program of home and abroad and gives a serial of solutions. With the experiences of developing and researching such kind of real-time monitoring and controlling program, the authors have provided the specific methods in programming and also diagram of the main program etc.
