基于SCP范式的中国煤炭产业组织分析

摘　　要：文章以产业组织理论中的SCP范式为基本分析框架,从市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效三方面对我国煤炭产业状况进行了分析。研究表明,从市场集中度来看,我国的煤炭市场结构属于最松散的"原子型结构"、产品差异较小、市场的进入壁垒低退出壁垒高;中国煤炭企业在积极进行兼并重组、合资合作,以实现强强联合和共赢的局面;煤炭产业中企业整体规模低、行业整体利润偏低,安全生产和资源有效利用的状况不容乐观。This paper based on the theory of industrial organization in the SCP paradigm analytical framework, from three face of market structure, market behavior and market performance analyzed the situation of China＇s coal industry. Studies have shown that the degree of concentration from the market point of view, China＇s coal market structure are among the most loose of the＂ atomic structure＂, product have little difference and market entry barriers is low, exit barriers is high;Chinese coal enterprises in the active mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and cooperation in order to achieve powerful alliances, and win - win situation ; the coal industry, the size of enterprises as a whole is low, the profit industry as a whole is low, safe production and efficient use of resources situation is not optimistic.
