摘 要:6~18GHz超宽带微波组件幅频特性起伏比较大,采用幅度均衡器可有效改善增益平坦度,使其满足指标要求。根据谐振理论和传输线理论进行了6~18GHz超宽带微带幅度均衡器设计。利用ADS和HFSS仿真,采用λ/4的开路微带线和薄膜电阻构成谐振频率可调、品质因数可调、带宽可调以及均衡量可调的谐振单元,同时增加适当的调节块对谐振频率进行微调,设计出满足指标要求的小尺寸样件,得到了所需的均衡曲线。实验表明,可以在这个频段上高效、准确、灵活地设计出所需均衡器。The amplitude-frequency characteristics of 6 to 18 GHz super-broadband microwave subassembly change greatly, an amplitude equalizer can effectively improve the gain flatness to satisfy the indexes requirements. A 6 to 18 GHz super-broadband microstrip amplitude equalizer was designed with resonance theory and transmission line theory. Through ADS and HFSS simulation, a resonant unit wais designed using λ/g open microstrip lines and thin-film resistors. The resonant frequency, the quality factor, the bandwidth and the equal range of the resonant unit are adjustable. Besides, appropriate resonant blocks are installed to fine-tune the resonant frequency, required equilibrium curves were obtained and a sample in small size with satisfactory index was designed. Experiment results show that required equalizers can be efficiently, accurate and flexible designed with this method.
