闽南女性人乳头状瘤病毒感染流行病学调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]掌握闽南地区女性人乳头状瘤病毒感染流行病学数据,为宫颈癌的防治和疫苗的研发提供理论依据。[方法]运用快速导流杂交基因芯片技术对4911例女性宫颈标本进行21种HPV基因亚型分型。[结果]在4911例标本中共筛查出660例阳性,HPV感染率为13.44%,其中高危HPV亚型感染率为12.91%。[结论]闽南地区女性HPV感染亚型及年龄分布呈独有的特征,具有明显的区域性。[Objective] To investigate the status of HPV infection in women in southern Fujian and provide theoretical basis for preventing and treating uterine cervical cancer,and to research the vaccine for HPV. [Methods] 4 911 samples were detected by flow-through hybridization and gene chip method,which can detect 21 kinds of genotypes of HPV simultaneously. [Results] Of the 4 911 women investigated,660 women were positive for HPV （13.44%）. The positive rate of the high risk types of HPV was 12.91%. [Conclusion] Unique features of age distribution and HPV subtypes can be found in women in southern Fujian,and with obvious regionality.
