摘 要:为了深入研究溅渣护炉的基本原理,在试验室进行了溅渣护炉小型热模拟试验。发现在溅渣前后渣的矿相结构发生了变化等现象。并根据试验结果讨论了操作工艺对溅渣高度与厚度的影响及溅渣层与炉衬的结合机理。The hot model experiment of slag splashing in laboratory has been made to investigate basic principle of slag splashing.The change in mineralogical structure and constituents of molten slag as well as the composition non uniformity of splashed slag layer on furnace lining before and after slag splashing has been found.Meanwhile,the influence of operation parameters on the result of slag splashing and the mechanism of bonding between the slag layer and the lining have been discussed on the basis of experimental results.
