摘  要:目的:探讨非梗阻性无精子症的细胞和分子遗传学特点及其对生殖的影响,为非梗阻性无精子症患者的治疗提供理论依据方法:采用外周血染色体G显带和多重聚合酶链反应技术等方法进行染色体分析及AZF基因的15个位点进行分析,正常对照组为已经生育的男性。结果:40例非梗阻性无精子症患者中检测出8例染色体异常,6例AZF基因微缺失。结论:非梗阻性无精子症与遗传密切相关,对非梗阻性无精子症患者进行细胞遗传学及Y染色体AZF区域微缺失检查是必要的。Objective: To investigate the genetic characters of azoospermia patients and its influence on male reproduction. Methods:Blood samples were obtained from 40 azoospermia male patients. The circumference blood chromosome G obviously techniques were used for the chromosome analysis. The AZF gene 15 unit's places pots were analyzed by multiple polymerase chain reactions. Results: In 40 detected examples, there are 8 examples which are detected abnormal karyotypes, 6 samples that have AZF gene micro flaw. Conclusions: Azoospermia are highly relevant with genetic abnormalities. It is necessary to carry on chromosome analysis and detect the Y chromosome AZF gene micro flaw in infertile male patients.
