“脾色必黄 瘀热以行”发挥

摘　　要：在《金匮要略·黄疸病脉证并治》中,张仲景阐述了黄疸病湿热发黄的病机为"脾色必黄,瘀热以行",认为黄疸主要病位在脾胃,"瘀热以行"是其根本病机,其关键在于湿、脾、瘀三个字。治疗上应该把握祛湿、健脾、活血三个方面,并需注意相关禁忌证。In Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber,the author ZHANG Zhong-jing said that the pathogenesis of jaundice of dampness-heat syndrome is ＂yellow skin due to disorders of the spleen and blood stasis-heat＂,specifically,the location of disease is the spleen and stomach,the fundamental pathogenesis is internal blood stasis-heat,and the key of pathogenesis is dampness,the spleen and blood stasis. In treatment,the doctors should master three methods of treatment which are dispelling dampness,invigorating the spleen and activating blood as well as the related eontrainclieations.
