FOLFOX FOLFIRI方案治疗晚期大肠癌化疗疗效的中文文献分析

摘　　要：目的：研究晚期大肠癌使用FOLFOX或FOLFIRI方案全身化疗的疗效及安全性。方法：以＂肠癌、化疗＂为关键字,＂奥沙利铂、伊利替康＂或＂FOLFOX、FOLFIRI＂为二次检索关键字,搜索维普中文科技期刊数据库2000—2008年国内有关晚期大肠癌全身化疗的文献,并搜集所有文献信息,进行描述性分析。结果：共搜寻得到晚期大肠癌全身化疗有关FOLFOX、FOLFIRI方案文献283篇。最终有FOLFOX方案96篇、FOLFIRI方案16篇纳入分析。33篇提及中位生存期,30篇提及疾病进展时间。FOLFOX4方案有效率在26.1%-57.14%,FOLFOX6方案有效率在33.3%-48.6%,其他L-OHP＋CF/5-FU方案有效率在26.5%-60%。FOLFIRI方案有效率在12.5%-48.2%。结论：国内晚期大肠癌全身化疗FOLFOX、FOLFIRI方案疗效与国际相仿,然方案具体运用尚不规范,临床试验纳入样本量相对较少,缺乏大样本多中心的临床随机对照试验,影响结果。Objective：To evaluate the effect and sanfety of irinotecan versus oxaplatin combination with 5-FU/CF for patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods：Articles on the two systemic chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer published in 2000-2008 were retrieved using the Keywords：＂colorectal cancer＂,＂chemotherapy＂,＂irinotecan＂or＂oxaplatin＂from＂Vip Chinese Science and Technology Periodicals database＂, then the whole text was read to get all-related information.The data were descriptively analyzed.Results： There were 283 articles on irinotecan versus oxaplatin combination with 5-FU/CF for patients with colorectal Cancer, 16 of which on FOLFIRI were included while 96 of which on FOLFOX. Among the articles statistically studied, median survival time were reported in 33, time of tumor progress in 30.The response rate of FOLFOX4, FOLFOX6, and other oxaliplatin-related regimens was 26.1%-57.14%, 33.3%-48.6%, and26.5%-60%, respectively.The response rate of FOLFIRI was 12.5%-48.2%. Conclusion： The effect of FOLFIRI or FOLFIRI for advanced colorectal cancer are in agreement with those reported abroad.However, there ara certain shortcomings in the application of regimens and the design of domestic clinical studies,, thus affecting the results of studies.
