自拟痔瘘洗剂治疗痔疮临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟痔瘘洗剂对痔疮的治疗作用。方法:将符合诊断的痔疮患者67例随机分为治疗组35例和对照组32例。治疗组给予自拟痔瘘洗剂熏洗坐浴,每剂煎成浓缩药液200mL,加温水至2000mL,温度45℃,每次坐浴20min,每日2次;对照组给予1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,坐浴温度、时间、频率同治疗组。两组均以治疗7天为1个疗程,续治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组在有效率及临床症状改善方面,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟痔瘘洗剂治疗痔疮有效、方便,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of homemade Zhilou Lotion on hemorrhoids. Methods：Sixty-seven cases of hemorrhoids were divided into treatment group （35 cases） and control group （32 cases） at random.The cases of treatment group were treated by homemade Zhilou Lotion,Every 200mL concentrated liquid medicine was diluted with 45℃ warm water to the volume of 2000mL,while the cases of control group were treated with 1：5000 PP powder.All the cases of both groups were treated in full sitz bath for 20 minutes and twice per day.The course of the treatment was 14 days. Results ： There was significant difference of effective rate and the relieved clinical symptoms between the two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Homemade Zhilou Lotion could provide effective treatment and relieve clinical symptoms in patients of hemorrhoids.
