摘  要:利用军用动力机械高海拔模拟试验台,对装配GT17和GT20增压器的SOFIM8142.43柴油机分别进行高原(4000m)大气压力性能模拟试验,并从中选择高原性能较好的增压器进行柴油机供油提前角的优化调整试验。试验结果表明,增压柴油机的高原性能尤其是中低转速性能下降尤为剧烈;装配GT20增压器的柴油机高原性能整体好于GT17,且经过调整,柴油机最佳供油提前角为1.9°CA较平原有所增大;供油提前角调整后,柴油机平原状态下最大转矩和低速转矩得到很好改善,高原状态下中速转矩可以得到一定程度恢复。On the military power - mechanism high - altitude simulation test bed, the SOF1M8142.43 diesel engine matched with turbochargers of GT17 or GT20, is tested respectively at the pressure simulated al the altitude of 4 000 m in order to choose the better plateau performance in the turboehargers, then the fuel supply advance angle of the engine is adjusted with the better turbocharger in order to achieve the optimal plateau performance; it is shows that the plateau performance(4 000 m) of the turbocharged diesel engine is badly especially in the range of mid - low speed ; the performance of GT20 is generally better than the GT17, the optimal fuel supply advance angle is adjusted to 1.9° CA that is bigger than angle in the plain ; after the adjustment, the plain performances of the max torque and low - speed torque are both improved well and the plateau performance of the mid - speed torque is resumed to a certain degree.
