摘  要:利用水热法,在醋酸钠静电保护剂的辅助下,制备出了黑色Fe3O4纳米材料。利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对样品的晶体结构、形貌进行了分析;利用振动样品磁强计测量了样品的磁性能;用该材料作颜料制备了黑色磁性纳米油墨,并用黏度计和磁性验钞机对油墨的黏度和磁性防伪性能作了检测。结果表明:所得Fe3O4纳米晶的粒径较均匀,形貌为片状;室温下具有典型的软磁特性,饱和磁化强度83.7 Gs,矫顽力118 Oe;所制油墨的黏度为75 Pa.s,油墨印记有磁性。Fe3O4 black nanomaterials were successfully prepared by using NaAc as protective reagents with hydrothermal method. The structure and morphology of the products were analyzed in detail by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The magnetic properties of the material were determined with vibration magnetometer. The black magnetic ink was successfully prepared using the material as pigment. The viscosity and magnetic security features of the inks were detected with the viscometer and magnetic detector respectively. The results showed that the crystallines are uniform and plate-like; Fe3O4 nanomaterials are typical soft magnet with the saturation magnetization of 83.7 Gs and coercive force of 118 Oe; the viscosity of the ink is 75 Pa ·s and the printing marking has magnetic performance.
