摘　　要：通过校正模型分析,给出了基于PC平台的Sobel边缘检测、Randon变换和分片多项式逼近条码图像校正算法。对实际图像进行校正实验,获得了满意的效果,正确识读率达到98%以上。同时提出了汉信码在金融票据传递中的应用方案及手持识读器的构建方法。A geometric correction algorithm based on the PC platform was proposed, which included Sobel edge detection, random transfer, and divisional polynomial approximation. The experimental results showed that the geometric correction on real input image is satisfactory and feasible; the recognition correct rate is above 98 %. An application plan of Chinese sensible code in finance bill transmission and the construction of hand-hold barcode reader were also proposed.
