摘 要:在采用CTP圆形网点调幅加网工艺条件下,研究铜版纸、胶版纸、新闻纸3种纸张对网点扩大的影响。通过测量灰梯尺色块的网点面积率,得到网点扩大数据并绘出网点面积率与网点扩大的关系曲线图,计算出各色版的网点扩大一元三次回归曲线。结果表明,3种纸张在网点面积率0~30%的位置网点扩大缓慢,70%~75%的位置出现增大峰值。Dot gain of coated art paper, offset paper and newsprint paper was studied under the condition of circle dot AM screening by CTP. The data of the dot gain were collected through measuring the area of each color square by densitometer. The relation curves between the areas of each color square and their dot gain were plotted and regression univariate cubic equation of dot gain of the three kinds of paper were calculated. The results showed that, when choosing the circle dot screening, the dot gain rate in dot area of 0%-30% is lower, and there is a peek of dot gain in the dot area of 70-75%.
