摘 要:采用双极性单指数衰减型脉冲波形对同轴电极处理腔和管—板电极处理腔内试品进行灭菌处理。在相同流速和相同脉冲个数条件下对比了这两种电极处理腔的灭菌效果。通过实验发现,在相同流速情况下,当脉冲幅值较低时,同轴电极处理腔灭菌效果好于管—板电极处理腔;当脉冲幅值较高时,管—板电极处理腔灭菌效果好于同轴电极结构处理腔;在脉冲个数相同情况下,管—板电极结构处理腔灭菌效果始终好于同轴电极处理腔。Biopolarity single exponentially decaying pulse is adopted for bacteria inactivation of sample which in coaxial and tube - plate treatment chambers. Inactivation effects of the two types of treatment chambers are compared under the same sample rate and the same pulses number. If the flow rate of sample is the same, inactivation effect of coaxial treat- ment chamber is better than tube - plate treatment chamber when the pulse amplitude is low. While inactivation effect of tube - plate treatment chamber is better than coaxial treatment chamber when the pulse amplitude is high. If pulses number is the same, inactivation effect of tube - plate treatment chamber is better than coaxial treatment chamber all the time.
