摘 要:以传统往复振动筛为基础,分析了三自由度振动筛的构成。通过ADAMS软件进行仿真试验,得到颗粒物料与筛面发生碰撞后沿筛面径向位移情况和速度变化规律。筛面施加法向转动后,筛面转速、转动幅度以及颗粒物料与筛面碰撞点到转动轴的距离在筛面轴向的投影长度,是影响颗粒物料与筛面碰撞前后沿筛面径向速度变化的因素。所提出的三自由度振动筛更有利于颗粒物料沿筛面径向碰撞离散,可以提高振动筛筛面的利用率和筛分效率,为设计新型的振动筛分装置提供了依据。Based on the traditional reciprocating vibrating screen, the structure of 3 - DOF vibrating screen was analyzed. After impacting between the grain and screen surface, the laws of velocity variation and the condition of radial displacement were gained by ADAMS simulation. The rotational speed of screen surface, the rotation amplitude, the projection length in the screen surface axial direction of distance from the collision point to the rotation axis, are the factors that have influence on velocity variation during the pre and post-impact of the grain and screen surface after applying the rotation to the screen surface in its normal direction. The conception of 3 -DOF vibrating screen was put forward, which was beneficial to dispersion of grain in the screen surface radial direction. This research can offer a guide for improving the utilization ratio of screen surface, screening efficiency, and designing the new type of vibrating screen.
