颗粒物料在三维振动筛中透筛信息仿真

摘　　要：运用ADAMS建立三维振动筛模型以及颗粒物料在三维振动筛中的运动模型。基于该模型进行单颗粒物料透筛仿真试验,得出了不同机械系统工作参数下物料在三维振动筛中的透筛信息。对仿真试验所得出的数据进行分析,得到了三维振动筛各工作参数对于物料透筛的影响趋势及影响程度,并得出最佳透筛效果时振动筛各工作参数的最佳状态。Build the model of the three - dimension vibratory screen and moving model of the materiel by ADAMS. Based on the screening simulation tests of the model, obtain the screening information on the different mechanical working parameters. By analyzing the date of the simulation tests, obtain the three - dimension vibratory screen mechanical working parameters＇ influence trend and degree on the screening, and get the best vibratory screen mechanical working parameters on the condition the best screening effect.
