摘　　要：影响大豆分离蛋白凝胶稳定性的因素有很多,为了准确地确定大豆分离蛋白适宜的凝胶条件,研究并设计了大豆分离蛋白凝胶稳定性的智能决策支持系统。在对系统目标、系统功能和系统结构分析的基础上,设计了基于事例和模糊ARTMAP神经网络的混合推理策略,有效地提高了推理的准确度和效率。系统具有较好的实用价值。There are many factors which affected certain physicochemical properties of soybean protein isolate gelatin. In order to determine suitable conditions of soybean protein isolate gelatin, study and design intelligent decision support system for the stability of soybean protein isolate gelatin. It designed hybrid reasoning algorithm of Case - Based Reasoning and fuzzy ARTMAP neural network on the base of the analysis of the goal, the function and the structure. The algorithm improved the accuracy and efficiency of reasoning effectively. The system has good practical value.
