摘　　要：目的:探讨直肠癌术前18FDGPET/CT标准摄取值(SUV)及临床病理特征与预后的关系。方法:应用单因素和多因素分析方法,对进行根治性切除术前行18FDGPET/CT检查的44例直肠癌患者的PET/CTSUV值及临床病理特征与5年生存率的相关性进行研究。结果:44例直肠癌患者5年总生存率为61.3%。单因素分析显示,患者的年龄、肿瘤浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移、术前18FDGPET/CTSUV值及血清癌胚抗原是影响患者预后的主要因素。应用Cox比例危险回归模型分析显示,肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移和18FDGSUV值是影响直肠癌患者的独立预后因素。结论:18FDGSUV是影响直肠癌患者预后的重要指标之一,可为临床判断直肠癌患者预后提供有效工具。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the correlations of 18fluorodeoxylucose PET/CT standard uptake value before surgery and clinicopathologic features with the prognosis of rectal cancer.METHODS：The 18fluorodeoxylucose PET/CT standard uptake value before surgery,clinicopathologic features and 5-year over survival in 44 patients with rectal cancer were univariately and multivariately analyzed.RESULTS：The overall 5-year survival rate of the patients with rectal cancer after surgery and chemo-radiotherapy was 61.3%.The factors of ages,depth of infiltration,lymph nodal metastasis,carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA）and 18FDG PET/CT standard uptake value before surgery influenced the overall survival by univariate analysis.The factors of depth of infiltration,lymph nodal metastasis and 18FDG PET/CT standard uptake value were available independent prognostic factors by multivariate analysis（cox）.CONCLUSION：FDG SUV,as a most important available independent prognostic factor,is able to assess the postoperative survival of rectal cancer patients.
