摘  要:目的:探讨Laminin-R、Paxllin、CD105在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法:构建乳腺癌组织微阵列,应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测160例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者Laminin-R、Paxllin和CD105以及ER、PR的表达。结果:Laminin-R在乳腺癌组织中的表达率为55.6%(89/160),Laminin-R表达值的高低与肿瘤的组织学分级、ER表达、PR表达无关,但与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);Paxillin在乳腺癌中的表达率为31.88%(51/160),Paxillin表达值的高低与肿瘤的淋巴结转移、ER表达、PR表达无关,但与组织学分级有关(P<0.05);CD105微血管密度(MVD)表达值的高低与肿瘤的组织学分级、淋巴结转移、ER表达、PR表达均无关。结论:组织微阵列的建立使乳腺癌相关基因及其蛋白产物的筛选工作简便、快捷;Paxllin、Laminin与乳腺癌的生物学行为相关,且对乳腺癌的预后也有一定的提示作用。OBJECTIVE:The objective of this study was to determine the expression of Laminin-R,Paxillin and CD105 in breast carcinomas using a tissue microarray(TMA),and investigate their clinical and prognostic valuation.METHODS:We analyzed Laminin-R,Paxillin,CD105,ER and PR expression in 160 samples of breast invasive ductal carcinomas immunohistochemically by TMA technology.Results were correlated with various clinic-pathological variables.RESULTS:The expression of Laminin-R in breast cancer was 55.6%(89/160).The expression of LN-R was related to lymphnode metastasis(P〈0.05),but not to pathologic grade,ER positive or PR positive.The expression rate of Paxllin in these samples is 31.88%(51/160),and was related to pathologic grade(P〈0.05),but not to lymphnode metastasis,ER positive or PR positive.CD105 expression(measured by microvessel density)was not related to pathologic grade,lymph node metastasis,ER positive or PR positive.CONCLUSIONS:The TMA technology makes the detection of the prognosis-associated indexes of breast cancer easily and quickly.These results suggest that both Laminin-R and Paxllin expression are associated with the biological behavior of human breast cancer,may be helpful to estimate the prognosis of breast carcinoma.
