摘　　要：目的探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植术联合中药治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法将60例(75眼)翼状胬肉患者随机分为研究组30例(38眼)和对照组30例(37眼),两组均采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗,研究组加服自拟中药30天,跟踪随访6～24个月,观察两组的疗效及中药对抑制胬肉生长的效果。结果研究组总治愈率96.7%,对照组总治愈率76.7%,研究组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.19,P<0.05)。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植术联合中药治疗翼状胬肉能明显提高临床疗效。OBJECTIVE To investigate the curative effects of limbal stem cell autograft transplantation with traditional Chinese medicine for pterygium. METHODS By 6-24 month follow-up ,sixty patients （75 eyes）with pterygium were randomly divided into study group （30 cases,38eyes）and control group （30 cases,37eyes）. Both groups were treated by limbal stem cell autograft transplantation,and the study group was combined with Chinese medicine for 30 days. RESULTS The effective rates were 96.7% and 76.7% in study group and control group respectively. The clinical effects of study group was significantly grater than that in control group （χ2=5.19,P0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Limbal stem cell autograft transplantation combined with traditional Chinese medicine can im-prove the clinical effects for treating pterygium.
