摘  要:目的:建立一种基于图像采集分析的舌形胖瘦的诊断方法。方法:研究应用CCD图像采集设备MVC 1000对舌体正、侧面同步进行立体图像采集;测算舌体长度(L)、宽度(K)、厚度(H)参数,并应用参数与体表面积(Mt)比值关系建立5种舌体系数计算方法;通过临床500例舌象不同舌体系数分析,数据离散度(CV)检验分析,建立了单位体表面积(Mt)的舌体宽度(K)与厚度(H)的最佳舌体系数计算方法。结果:实验显示,该方法对舌体胖、瘦判断具有较好的效果,与人工分类比较胖、瘦舌符合率分别为93.40%、88.57%;通过对临床500例舌象分析显示,胖、瘦舌在不同病、证中分布不同。结论:基于图像分析的舌体系数分析方法是一种有效的舌体胖瘦分析方法。Objective: To establish a kind of tongue diagnosis method based on tongue images and to observe the variation of plumpness and slenderness of the tongue in different disorders. Methods: CCD devices were used to acquire the front and lateral images of tongue, and then measured the tongue's length (L), width (K) and height (H) and established five kinds of calculating methods of tongue eoefficient based on the parameters relationship/ body surface area (Mt) ratio. Furthermore, in clinical 500 plump and slender tongue morphologies, the coefficient of variation (CV) was corrected and adjusted to establish optimum formula between the body surface area (Mt) and the sum of the width of the tongue (K) and height (H). Results: Clinical studies showed that this judgment method about analyzing for plumpness and slenderness of the tongue was of high aeeuracy. Compared with artificial classification, the diagnostic accordance rate of plumpness and slenderness of the tongue were 93. 40% and 88.57% respectively. According to the 500 tongue morphologies, the plumpness and slenderness of tongue distributed differently in different types of syndrome and diseases. Conclusion: This calculating method of tongue eoeffieient is an effective way in the analysis of plumpness and slenderness of tongue morphology.
