摘　　要：目的建立一种以MTT结晶盐的浓度与化疗后骨肉瘤残存活细胞之间的定量关系分析肿瘤坏死率、快速检测化疗后骨肉瘤细胞活性的方法。方法用MTT比色法检测不同浓度(数量)骨肉瘤细胞悬液时OD值的变化,观察及统计分析活细胞数量与OD值关系。结果骨肉瘤细胞甲月赞产物溶液的吸光值A570与肿瘤细胞数呈线性关系。结论该方法可以用来检测骨肉瘤细胞的活性,具有快速、简便、灵敏的特点,是一种准确的利用定量关系分析化疗后骨肉瘤肿瘤坏死率方法。Objective To introduce a rapid colorimetric method for assessing the viability of osteosarcoma cells after chemotherapy. Methods Colorimetric assay and automatic microplate scanning spectrophotometer were used for assaying the viability of osteosarcoma cells. Results Close correlation was found between the absorbance at 570 nm of the formazan products and the number of viable osteosarcoma cells. Conclusion An effective, sensitive and convenient colorimetric assay has been established to assess the survival of osteosarcoma cells following chemotherapy.
