2种比色法在金属烤瓷修复中应用的效果评价

摘　　要：目的对比视觉比色法和仪器比色法在金属烤瓷修复中的应用效果。方法对一段时间内126例需进行烤瓷修复的患者以随机的方式进行视觉比色法或用比色仪比色,根据"满意"、"可接受"、"不可接受"3个等级调查患者满意度,对2种比色法各个选项的结果以及前、后牙修复各个选项的结果进行统计分析。结果采用视觉比色法与仪器比色法在满意度上存在差别(χ2=6.220,P=0.045),采用视觉比色法时比色失败的构成比高于仪器比色法。前、后牙修复患者在满意度上也存在差别(χ2=6.094,P=0.048),前牙"不可接受"的构成比高于后牙修复患者。结论2种比色方法均可满足临床要求,患者对前牙的满意度低于后牙,仪器比色法在降低临床失败率上更具优势。Objective To investigate the color match veracity of dental colorimeter and shade guide in treatments of porcelain fused metal restorations. Methods 126 patients who planned to receive PFM crowns received color match using a shade guide or a dental colorimeter randomly. Every patient was enquired after restoring and marked in three levels as ＂satisfactory＂,＂acceptable＂ ,and ＂unacceptable＂. The ratios of the grades were statistically compared between two kinds of color match methods and between anterior teeth and posterior teeth.Results Color matching with shade guide was statistically different with dental colorimeter in clinic performance （Pearson Chi-Square=6.220,P=0.045）. Anterior teeth and posterior teeth also showed statistical differences in clinic performance （Pearson Chi-Square=6.094,P=0.048）. Conclusion Dental colorimeter provided higher clinic performance than shade guide. However,no matter what kind of color match was used,patients felt more satisfactory when their premolars or molars were restored than when their incisors and canine teeth were restored.
