摘 要:目的探讨不同等级、类型医院工作人员的心理卫生状况及相关因素。方法采用自制一般调查问卷、SCL-90(Symptom Checklist 90)对500名医院工作人员进行测试。结果(1)每周工作时间、承担教学的时间、收入满意度、对领导满意度、工作满意度各级医院差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)除躯体化外,医院工作人员的SCL-90总分及其他因子分均低于全国常模,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同等级医院工作人员SCL-90总分和各因子分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(3)年龄、职称、收入满意度、对领导的满意度、工作满意度几乎与SCL-90的总分和各因子分均有相关性(P<0.05);而且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不同等级、类型医院工作人员应采取不同的心理疏导方案。Objective To analyze the mental health status of medical staff in different hospitals. Methods The mental health status of 500 medical professionals was analyzed by using SCL-90 questionnaire designed at this institution. Results (1) The differences of working time, teaching time, income satisfaction, and satisfaction with the bosses varied within different hospitals, and were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). (2) Except for physical factors, the total score of SCL-90 and other factors of the medical professionals were significantly lower than the national norm with statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). The total score and sub-score of SCL-90 differed significantly within different hospitals (P 〈 0.01 ). (3) Age, professional title and the satisfactions with leaders, salary and job were related to the total score and sub-score of SCL-90 ( P 〈 0.05 ). The total score and sub-score of SCL-90 also differed within different subgroups of age, professional title, satisfaction with the leaders, salary and job (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Different psychological counseling should be applied to medical professionals at diverse hospitals within the dissimilar subgroups.
