乳腺浸润性导管癌钼靶X线表现与激素受体表达的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌(infiltrating ductal cancer,IDC)钼靶X线征象与雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)之间的关系。资料与方法回顾性分析65例经乳腺钼靶X线摄影及手术病理证实的IDC的X线表现,术后标本经免疫组织化学染色判断ER、PR表达情况,并分析其与钼靶X线征象之间的关系。结果65例IDC中,癌肿毛刺征与癌细胞ER阳性表达之间呈正相关(P<0.05);乳腺癌钙化与癌细胞ER和PR阳性表达水平之间呈负相关(P<0.05);乳腺癌结构紊乱与癌细胞ER阳性表达水平之间呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺IDC钼靶X线表现在一定程度上反映了ER、PR表达状态。Objective To investigate the relationship between the mammographic feature and ER/PR receptor expression in infiltrating ductal cancer （IDC） of the breast. Materials and Methods The mammographic feature of 65 cases of IDC,confirmed by surgery and histology were analyzed retrospectively. The mastectomy specimens of breast infiltrating ductal cancer were stained immunohistochemically. The expression of ER and PR receptor were measured. The relationship between the immunohistochemical pathologic results and mammographie features were analyzed. Results Among the 65 cases of IDC, ER positive expression was positively correlated with the spiculate margin of breast cancer （P 〈 0.05）. ER and PR positive expression showed a significant inverse correlation with calcifying of breast cancer （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ER positive expression showed a significant inverse correlated with the configuration turbulence of breast cancer （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion The molybdenum target mammographic features of IDC can reflect the expressive states of ER/PR receptor.
